Description
An inhibitor of Kv1.3 and Kv1.4 (IC50s = 0.28 and 0.17 µM, respectively); selective for Kv1.3 and Kv1.4 over Kv1.1-1.2 and Kv1.5-1.6 (IC50s = 2.9-70 µM), Kv3.1, -3.2, and -3.4 (IC50s = 11-127 µM), Kv4.2 (IC50 = 10 µM), and KCa3.1/IK (IC50 = >30 µM); inhibits phytohemagglutinin-induced proliferation and IL-2 production in T cells (IC50s = 2 and 2.9 µM, respectively)
