Description
A dual inhibitor of p70S6K and Akt1 (IC50s = 1.1 and 4 nM, respectively); selective for p70S6K and Akt1 over Aurora B kinase (IC50 = 170 nM), as well as a panel of 265 kinases at 1 µM; inhibits PKA, MSK1, MSK2, PKG1α, PKG1β, and PRKX; reduces tumor volume in A549 and MiaPaCa-2 mouse xenograft models at doses of 20 or 30 mg/kg, respectively
