Description
Chemical. CAS: 2649456-57-3. Formula: C21H22N4OS. MW: 378.5. Soluble in DMSO (10mM) or ethanol. Kinase inactive isomer of Leucettinib-92 (IC50 DYRK1A > 3 µM) [2]. Should be used as a negative control for Leucettinb-92 (Prod. No. AG-MR-C0049). Does not inhibit the phosphorylation of Tau at Thr212 and cyclin D1 at Thr286. Does not correct cognitive deficits in animal models of Down syndrome.
