Description
An allosteric WNK1 inhibitor (IC50 = 4 nM); 57- and 1000-fold selective for WNK1 over WNK2 and WNK4, respectively, as well as a panel of 400 kinases at 10 µM; inhibits WNK1-mediated phosphorylation of OSR1 in HEK293 cells (EC50 = 0.352 µM)
