Description
Chemical. CAS: 94367-21-2. Formula: C40H53N5O10. MW: 763.9. Synthetic. Suc-LLVY-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for measuring the chymotrypsin-like peptidase activity of the 20S and 26S proteasome, calpains and other chymotrypsin-like proteases. Cleavage of the peptide by the enzymes liberates the fluorophore AMC which generates strong increase in fluorescence fluorescent that can be monitored fluorimetrically. Excitation=345nm Emission=445nm.
