A pan-Bcl-2 inhibitor; inhibits Bcl-xL, Bcl-2, Mcl-1, and Bfl-1 (IC50s = 0.31, 0.32, 0.2, and 0.62 µM, respectively); inhibits the proliferation of BP3, PC3, and H460 cells (IC50s = 0.049, 0.13, and 0.56 µM, respectively); reduces tumor growth in an M2182 prostate cancer mouse xenograft model at 5 mg/kg
