An inhibitor of adenylyl cyclase (IC50 = 13 μM) that inhibits PGE1-stimulated increases in cAMP levels in intact platelets; used to evaluate adenylyl cyclase activity during iloprost-induced vasorelaxation, inhibiting cAMP elevation (100-300 μM) without effecting relaxation
