Description
A derivative of VTP-50469; inhibits the growth of patient-derived AML cells expressing UBF-TDs when the cells are co-cultured with mesenchymal stem cells; reduces disease burden and improves survival when used alone at 50 mg/kg and, to a greater extent, when used in combination with GNE-781 in a MOLM-13 mouse xenograft model; reduces disease burden and increases survival in PDX mouse models in which tumor cells contain rearrangements in the gene encoding KMT2A or mutations in the gene encoding NPM1
