Description
A CK2α inhibitor (IC50s = 4.2 and 2.3 for the catalytic subunits CK2α and CK2α’, respectively); selective for CK2α over DYRK2, Plk4, MEK5, and HIPK1, -2, and -3 (IC50s = 440, >10,000, 1,000, 3,700, 3,400, and 8,100 nM, respectively); decreases phosphorylation of Akt in HCT116 cells from 0.1-10 µM
