Description
A flavonoid glycoside with diverse biological activities; inhibits Ezrin phosphorylation, cell migration, and TGF-β1-induced EMT in MDA-MB-231 cells at 10 and 40 µM; inhibits SARS-CoV-2 Mpro (IC50 = 27.45 µM); reverses scopolamine-induced memory deficits and inhibits AChE activity in zebrafish at 1, 3, and 5 µg/L in the tank water; reduces paw edema and IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α levels in a rat model of carrageenan-induced inflammation at 20 and 40 mg/kg; ameliorates cartilage damage in a rat model of osteoarthritis
