Description
An autophagy inhibitor; induces lysosomal deacidification and apoptosis in 786-O renal cell carcinoma cells at 5 µM; decreases viability in a panel of 12 cancer cell lines (IC50s = 4.9-11 µM); reduces tumor growth in a 786-O mouse xenograft model at 50 mg/kg; decreases the cytopathic effect of SARS-CoV-2 in infected Vero E6 cells (EC50 = 3.28 µM)
