Description
A steroidal glycoside with diverse biological activities; reduces the proliferation of LNCaP and T47D cancer cells (IC50s = 32.1 and 27.5 µM, respectively); inhibits TNF-α-induced nuclear translocation of NF-κB in HaCaT keratinocytes at 50 nM; decreases AST serum levels in a mouse model of carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury at 0.1 mg/kg; topical administration reduces ear epidermal thickness and scaling, as well as leukocyte and macrophage infiltration, in an imiquimod-induced mouse model of psoriasis at 5 mg/kg
