Description
An inhibitor of VEGFR2, FGFR1, and FGFR3 (IC50s = 7.83, 27, and 5.18, respectively); decreases VEGF-A-induced VEGFR2 phosphorylation in HUVECs at 10 µM; decreases the proliferation of HCT116, SW480, and HT-29 colon cancer cells (IC50s = 24.26, 27.2, and 29.65 µM, respectively), as well as A549 lung cancer cells (IC50 = 30.49 µM); decreases wound closure percentage in a scratch assay, as well as endothelial branch length and branch points formed by VEGF-A-stimulated HUVECs at 10 µM
