A β-arrestin-biased agonist of 5-HT2A (Ki = 16.98 nM); reduces the time spent immobile in the tail suspension and forced swim tests in mice in a model of acute restraint stress-induced depression at 10 mg/kg; does not induce the head-twitch response in mice at 2 and 10 mg/kg, indicating a lack of hallucinogenic potential
