Eliminate weeks of cell culture and generate sensitive, reproducible results with this all-inclusive cell-based luciferase reporter assay. INDIGO’s Human Arginine Vasopressin Receptor 2 reporter assay allows you to quickly screen test samples to measure functional activity, either agonist or antagonist, they may exert against AVPR2. Kit includes cryopreserved reporter cells engineered to provide constitutive expression of the receptor, optimized media for use during cell thawing and in diluting test samples, reference agonist, Luciferase Detection Reagent, cell culture-ready assay plate, and detailed assay protocol.
