Eliminate weeks of cell culture and generate sensitive, reproducible results with this all-inclusive cell-based luciferase reporter assay. INDIGO’s Human AP-1 reporter assay allows you to measure activation or inhibition of AP-1-dependent transcriptional activity in response to test samples. Kit includes cryopreserved reporter cells engineered with a AP-1-responsive luciferase reporter, optimized media for use during cell thawing and in diluting test samples, appropriate reference control, Luciferase Detection Reagent, cell culture-ready assay plate, and detailed assay protocol. INDIGO’s unique Cryomite™ process provides exceptional cell viability post-thaw, and INDIGO’s strict QA process supports consistent results lot to lot (product quality data available upon request). This kit allows researchers to generate clear, reproducible results while eliminating weeks of cell culture work.
