INDIGO’s Human Adrenoceptor Beta 1 reporter assay allows you to quickly screen test samples to measure functional activity, either agonist or antagonist, they may exert against ADRB1. Kit includes cryopreserved reporter cells engineered to provide constitutive expression of the receptor, optimized media for use during cell thawing and in diluting test samples, reference agonist, Luciferase Detection Reagent, cell culture-ready assay plate, and detailed assay protocol.
