Description
An anticancer agent and active metabolite of HMN-214; cytotoxic against a panel of cancer cell lines (mean IC50 = 112 nM), as well as P388 leukemia cells that are resistant cisplatin, doxorubicin, or vincristine (IC50s = 143, 557, and 265 nM, respectively); induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in HeLa cervical cancer cells at 3 µM
