Description
A RIPK3 inhibitor (IC50 = 6.5 nM); selective for RIPK3 over a panel of 300 additional kinases at 1 µM; induces apoptosis in L-929 fibroblasts at 10 µM; inhibits TNF-α-induced necroptosis in primary human neutrophils; inhibits poly (I:C)-induced necrosis in IFN-β-primed 3T3-SA fibroblasts at 3 µM; intrathecal administration increases the paw withdrawal threshold and latency in a mouse model of inflammatory pain induced by complete Freund’s adjuvant
