An ester form of DGLA; dietary administration of ethyl DGLA at 1 g/kg per day increases PGE1 and PGE2 secretion in rabbit renal papilla; increases triglyceride levels and the proportion of 20:3ω6 and 20:4ω6 phospholipids of the renal medulla in rabbits
