Description
A UBA5 covalent inhibitor (IC50 = 450 µM); decreases survival of PaCa-2 cells without affecting HPDEs at 50 µM; reduces tumor volume without reducing body weight in a PaCa-2 pancreatic cancer mouse xenograft model at 50 µM per day; has been used as an intermediate in the synthesis of topoisomerase I inhibitors and compounds active against M. tuberculosis
