A sesquiterpene; active against methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) and P. aeruginosa; cytotoxic to CEM-SS lymphoblastic leukemia cells (IC50 = 11.9 µg/ml); decreases cell viability of AGS human gastric carcinoma cells (IC50 = 263.34 µM)
