Description
A synthetic peptide derivative of GHRH; does not contain a DAC moiety, which reduces its half-life; increases the secretion of growth hormone in primary rat anterior pituitary cells when used from pM to µM concentrations; increases the secretion of growth hormone into rat blood at 1 µmol/kg, s.c.
