Description
A modulator of cereblon; binds to cereblon and enhances the protein-protein interaction between cereblon and GSPT1 to induce ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of GSPT1; inhibits the growth of U937 cells from 0.01-10 µM; inhibits cell growth in a panel of AML cells; induces intratumor GSPT1 degradation in AML mouse xenograft models and decreases leukemic engraftment of 35 patient-derived AML samples in NOD.SCID mice
