Description
A radiation sensitizer; sensitizes B16/F10 cells to fast and thermal neutron radiation at 50 µg/ml; selectively accumulates in sarcoma tissues over blood, muscle, skin, liver, and brain tissue in rats at 300 mg/kg; increases mean survival time in combination with radiation in an F98 rat glioma model at 803 mg/kg
