Description
A 5-HT1D receptor antagonist (Ki = 0.013 µM in CHO cell membranes expressing the human receptor); selective for 5-HT1D over several other G protein-coupled 5-HT receptor subtypes (Kis = 0.25-6.3 µM) but does bind 5-HT1A and 5-HT2B receptors (Kis = 0.02 and 0.04 µM, respectively; also acts as a partial agonist at 5-HT1D receptors (EC50 = 0.008 µM in a [35S]GTPγS binding assay)
