Description
Our Anti-Tafazzin mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N173B/13. It detects human Tafazzin, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC. - Tafazzin, Protein G4.5 or Transcriptional Coactivator With PDZ-Binding Motif is encoded by the gene TAZ. Tafazzin is a mitochondrial transacylase which is involved in cardiolipin remodeling. Tafazzin is expressed in cardiac and skeletal muscle. Diseases associated with this gene include Barth Syndrome and Atrial Standstill. -
