Description
Our Anti-Synaptotagmin-10 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N269/73. It detects mouse and rat Synaptotagmin-10, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC. - Synaptotagmins are a family of calcium sensing, membrane trafficking proteins. 17 different synaptotagmins have been identified in mammals. Synaptotagmin 10 has been shown to function as the Ca2+-sensor that triggers IGF-1 exocytosis in olfactory bulb neurons (Cao P. et al., 2011). -
