Description
Our Anti-SK2 potassium channel mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone K78/29. It detects human, mouse, and rat SK2 potassium channel, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC. - Potassium calcium-activated channel subfamily N member 2 is encoded by the gene KCNN2. KCNN2 is a member of the potassium KCNN family, KCa2.2/KCNN2 subfamily. KCNN2 is an integral membrane protein that forms a voltage-independent calcium-activated channel with three other calmodulin-binding subunits. Activation of KCNN2 leads to membrane hyperpolarization. KCNN2 is expressed in the brain. Diseases associated with KCNN2 include Dyskeratosis Congenita, Autosomal Dominant 3 and Coronary Aneurysm. -
