Description
Our carrier-free Anti-SAP102 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N19/2. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat SAP102, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB. - Synapse-Associated Protein 102, Disks large homolog 3(DLG3) or SAP102 MAGUK scaffold protein is encoded by the gene DLG3. SAP102 is a member of the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase) protein family. SAP102 can bind to a number of adhesion molecules and receptors, including NMDA receptors and acts as a scaffold protein to mediate synaptic signaling. This protein plays a role in learning and memory and appears to be required for learning. Mutations in this gene have been associated with X-linked cognitive disability. -
