Description
Our carrier-free Anti-Kv1.7 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N471/27. It detects mouse Kv1.7, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, WB. - Potassium Voltage-Gated Channel Subfamily A Member 7 or Kv1.7 potassium channel is encoded by the gene KCNA7. Kv1.7 is a potassium channel subunit is a member of the potassium channel, voltage-gated, shaker-related subfamily. Potassium channels form homotetrameric and heterotetrameric channels in the membrane with various other related proteins, including KCNA2, KCNA4, KCNA5, KCNA6, KCNA7. Kv1.7 is detected in heart, skeletal muscle, kidney, brain, and pancreatic islet cells. -
