Description
Our Anti-Kv11.3 potassium channel mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N447/24. It detects human, mouse, and rat Kv11.3 potassium channel, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB. - ERG3 (ether-a-go-go–related gene 3), Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 7, or Kv11.3 potassium channel is encoded by the gene Kcnh7 and is a member of the ERG family of voltage activated potassium channels. Kv11.3 is a pore forming, alpha subunit of the potassium channel. Erg channels play roles in regulating the resting membrane potential and action potential duration. Kv11.3 is detected in total brain, in superior cervical, mesenteric and celiac ganglia, and at very low levels in retina and is also found in pituitary. -
