Description
Generate sensitive, reproducible measurements of receptor-mediated bioactivity in environmental samples with this all-inclusive cell-based luciferase reporter bioassay. INDIGO’s Human Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Environmental Sample bioassay allows you to screen samples for activity mediated by aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and compare responses across samples or concentrations. Kit includes cryopreserved reporter cells, optimized media for use during cell thawing and sample dilution, appropriate reference control, Luciferase Detection Reagent, cell culture-ready assay plate, and detailed assay protocol. INDIGO’s unique Cryomite™ process provides exceptional cell viability post-thaw, and INDIGO’s strict QA process supports consistent results lot to lot (product quality data available upon request).
