An inhibitor of caspase-1, -4, -5, and -11; inhibits caspase-1, -4, and -5 (IC50s = 0.0467, 1.49, and 0.329, respectively, for the recombinant human enzymes) and cleavage of GSDMD by mouse caspase-11 at 10 µM; inhibits LPS- and ATP- or LPS- and nigericin-induced pyroptosis and IL-1β release in mouse BMDMs
