Applications Validated by Active Motif: ChIP-Seq: 4 ug each ICC/IF: 1 - 2 ug/ml WB*: 0.2 - 2 ug/ml Bead-based ELISA: 1.5 - 40 ug/ml CUT&Tag: 1 ug per 50 ul reaction *Note: many chromatin-bound proteins are not soluble in a low salt nuclear extract and fractionate to the pellet. Therefore, we recommend a High Salt / Sonication Protocol when preparing nuclear extracts for Western blot.
