Description
A DHODH inhibitor (IC50 = 35 nM); inhibits proliferation of MOLM-14 and KG-1 AML cells (IC50s = 0.582 and 0.382 µM, respectively) and induces apoptosis in the same cells at 0.5 and 1 µM; induces differentiation in bone marrow cells isolated from patients with AML or MDS at 1, 2, and 4 µM; improves survival in a PDX mouse model of AML at 50 mg/kg
