Description
Purified recombinant SARS-CoV-2 protease 3CL (3C-like protease, also known as MPro) full length encompassing amino acids 1-306 (end). This construct does not contain a tag. The protein corresponds to SARS-CoV-2 variant B.1.1.529 (Omicron Variant), originally discovered in South Africa, and contains mutation P132H. - Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. - Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
