Description
A sesquiterpene lactone with diverse biological activities; inhibits LPS-induced production of PGE2 and nuclear translocation of NF-κB in primary rat aorta VSMCs; inhibits VEGF-induced capillary tube formation in HUVECs at 5 and 10 µM; reduces tumor growth in an A549 mouse xenograft model at 12 mg/kg per day
