An inhibitor of LPCAT3 (IC50 = 0.09 µM); reduces incorporation of arachidonic acid-d8 into phospholipids at 1, 3, and 10 µM; reduces RSL3-induced ferroptosis in HT-1080 and 786-O cancer cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM
