A screening set of ionizable cationic lipids for use in LNP formulations for T cell transfection; formulated at 10 mg/ml in ethanol; includes some of the most commonly cited ionizable lipids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs for transfection of activated T cells; LNPs containing these lipids have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery to T cells
