Description
An LSD1 inhibitor (IC50 = 13 nM); induces cell death in a panel of 12 ovarian cancer cell lines expressing mutant SWI/SNF (IC50s = 0.013-2.819 µM); increases secretion of IFN-γ, IFN-β, IL-1β, IL-2, and IL-6 in COV434 cells; decreases the viability of primary NKT cells and T cells and reduces the mitochondrial OCR in NKT cells at 5 µM; induces differentiation of primary rat neural stem cells into astrocytes at 5 µM; increases infiltration of human PBMCs into isolated COV434 tumor organoids in a migration and invasion assay at 3 µM
