Description
A mixture of (E)-IT-603 and (Z)-IT-603; (Z)-IT-603 is a c-Rel inhibitor (IC50 = 3 µM); (Z)-IT-603 inhibits c-Rel DNA binding in an EMSA; preincubation with mouse T cells prevents the development of GVHD but does not affect GVT activity in a mouse model of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at 20 µM
