Enzo Life Sciences offre un programma di prova di anticorpi. Il Cliente puo' valutare un anticorpo per una applicazione non testata e, se l'anticorpo non ha funzionato, il Cliente riceve una nota di credito.

COME FUNZIONA:

• Il Programma Worry-free Antibody Trial Program si applica agli anticorpi Enzo Life Sciences (marchi Enzo, Alexis®, Assay Desings, Biomol®, StressGen®) per applicazioni non riportate sul data sheets.

• Il Cliente deve indicare all'interno dell'ordine il codice della Promozione: ABTRIAL.

• L'offerta e' valida solo per la pezzatura piu' piccola disponibile a catalogo e comunque non superiore a 100 ug o ul.

• La promozione e' valida per tutti gli utilizzatori, Clienti di Vinci-Biochem, non per i rivenditori.

• Per ricevere la nota di credito, il Cliente deve necessariamente inviarci i risultati ottenuti entro 3 mesi dalla consegna dell'anticorpo.

• Enzo Life Sciences, si riserva il diritto di discutere con l'utilizzatore circa la modalita' d'uso dell'anticorpo, fornendo suggerimenti o raccomandazioni, prima di confermare che l'anticorpo non ha funzionato.

• Vinci-Biochem fornira' la nota di credito solo se Enzo Life Science riconosce che l'anticorpo e' stato impegato correttamente e non funziona per l'applicazione specifica.

• Il Programma Worry-free Antibody Trial Program NON vale per le applicazioni per le quali l'anticorpo viene specificamente fornito dal produttore e che sono riportate sul data sheet: infatti per esse vale la garanzia normale di qualsiasi prodotto.

• Se il Cliente che ha inviato l'ordine, non riceve alcuna comunicazione, l'adesione alla Promozione da parte Vinci-Biochem si intende confermata.

• Validita' della Promozione Worry-free Antibody Trial Program: La presente promozione non ha una scadenza prefissata ma Vinci-Biochem si riserva il diritto di apportarne variazioni e di interromperla senza preavviso, comunicandolo tramite questa pagina web o in altro modo.

• Se cio accadesse, il Cliente che volesse valersene, sara' avvertito della terminazione della promozione, prima dell'evasione dell'ordine.

A: The worry-free antibody trial program is specifically tailored for this circumstance. The specification data sheet will include any applications or species that have been tested in-house. If we have not tested an application or a specific species, we will be happy to help guide you with your experiments. If the product does not work, we will issue you a credit for the product in exchange for your data.

A: We know that your time is important and want to make sure that you get the most out of your antibody. To get credit, please contact us. Our technical support staff will then contact you for any suggestions with troubleshooting steps. If at this time you still feel the antibody did not perform to your satisfaction, we will be happy to issue you a credit.

Q: How long will it take to process the credit and how long will the credit be available on my account?
A: The credit will be processed immediately and will be available on your account for an indefinite amount of time. However, please try to use your credit within 3 months.

Q: What may I use my credit for?
A: You may use your credit towards the purchase of any other products from Enzo Life Sciences.

Q: Do I need to contact your technical support department within a certain amount of time in order to receive the credit?

Q: Will the shipping and handling charges be refunded if the antibody does not work?
A: Yes.

Q: I didnt use a trial code when I placed my antibody order; can I still apply for the credit?
A: Unfortunately, no. Only those antibodies purchased using the trial code are eligible for this credit.
